Q: What shipping options are available?

Shipping options are Fedex, UPS and USPS.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We do not ship outside the USA.

Yes we ship to Alaska and Hawaii

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delays could be caused by out of stock parts, inclimate weather and holidays.

Q: What is your return policy?

We have a no return policy, all sales are final.

Q: How do I return a core?

All cores need to be returned with supplied core return sheet within 60 days or there is no core refund. All cores must be the same model as the original item purchased. Please return core to Limitless Diesel, address is found on core sheet.The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and proper packaging. Please allow 7-14 days for core refund.

Q: What are requirements to return injector cores?

ALL INJECTOR CORES NEED TO BE IN REBUILDABLE CONDITION. If injector core is found to not meet our requirements no core will be refunded. Requirements are as follows:

  • No broken plugs
  • Injector must be complete
  • Must be of same year as injector purchased

Q: What are requirements to return a torque converter core?

ALL TORQUE CONVERTER CORES NEED TO BE IN REBUILDABLE CONDITION. If torque converter is found to not meet our requirements there will be no refund.Requirements are as follows:

  • -Must be of like model

Q: What are the requirements to return a backing plate core?

ALL BACKING PLATE CORES NEED TO BE IN REBUILDABLE CONDITION. If backing plate is found to not meet requirements there will be no refund.
