All SunCoast Triple Disc Converters are outfitted with a Heavy Duty Forged Billet Steel cover and give an Unbeatable Lock up Performance.

These HD Converters feature a Billet Stator and will resist damage to the stator section from excessive brake stalling (over 5 seconds)

Standard Features:

- Custom pump and turbine modifications (in house)

- Proprietary converter clutches with trapezoid clutch teeth (no round tabs)

2,500 RPM Stall Speed. This is a Dual-Purpose Converter for customers looking for the best of both worlds. With a very hard lean on the Performance side, this Torque Converter can be used in towing light to moderate loads. Anything larger than, say, 10,000 lb. we would definitely want to use something tighter. This Converter really shines with a Larger Turbo or a Small Compound Setup, however it can be used in Stock Turbo setups to create neck-snapping launches.
